    To place an order, simply contact us with your products requirements (type, specifications, quantity, destination) by filling our contact form or contacting us via E-mail/WhatsApp/Wechat. We will send you a quotation and proforma invoice (PI). Once confirmed, we will start production or send products after payment is received.
  • What payment method do you accept?

    Currently, we accept the payment through Alibaba.com, Paypal, and Alipay.
  • What is your typical lead time and or shipping cycle?

    The lead time and shipping cycle depends on the specific product and delivery address. Simply send us the product model, specifications, and destination address, and we will confirm the details, arrange production on priority, and select the most suitable shipping method. Once confirmed, we will provide you with an accurate lead time as quickly as possible, while ensuring product quality.
  • Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

    Yes, we can provide samples! However, sample costs (based on actual product pricing) and courier fees will be charged. Just let us know your product requirements, and we’ll quickly finalize the sample details. Once payment is made, we will arrange prompt delivery so you can inspect the sample firsthand.
  • What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

  • Do you accept OEM or customization orders?

  • What is your return or replacement policy?
