The door frame is made from galvanized cold-rolled steel strips with a thickness of 1.2mm or more, processed through a dedicated production line in one continuous rolling process, offering enhanced aesthetics and stronger load-bearing capacity. It is fitted with fire-resistant expansion strips that effectively block the passage of deadly smoke. Optional fire-sealing strips can also be added to improve sealing and sound insulation performance. The door leaf panel is made of flame-retardant plywood or high-strength, flame-retardant, no-paint boards. The interior is filled with environmentally-friendly, flame-retardant, and heat-insulating materials, molded using eco-friendly adhesive. It is strictly manufactured according to the latest international standards, offering superior fire protection performance.
